I recently purchased a Lidl brand Nutri-Blender and let me just put it out there…I’m having fun with it!!
Spinach and Coconut…why not combine them. I have noticed that I am some-what anemic, so every chance i get i am always munching on SPINACH (rich in iron) – i’m turning into Pop-Eye over here!
I am also lactose-intolorent and i have developed a strange allergy to milk (story for another day). A friend got me a couple of little tubs of COYO (Coconut Milk Yoghurt) WholeFoods
For sweetness I decided to add blueberries and strawberries – both are packed with Vitamin C, which is very crucial for collagen production. Why is that important?
Well Collagen is not only good for my skin but can also help with hair growth. It plays a big part in renewing cells and maintaining the strenght and elasticity of bones, joints, tendons, skin, eyes, internal organs, nails and hair Nutrafol – lool waist length hair here i come…but please don’t go and kill yourself with strawberries and blueberries, everything in moderation!!
