Banana & Peanut butter 

One of the quickest smoothies I have made to date…if you’re following me on Instagram you would have seen me whip this up quick time on my instastory


Just three things needed:

Bananas

Peanut butter

Soya Milk (or the real deal)

*You can also add ice for that extra texture, tastes great chilled too!

Perfect for that quick belle full (hits the spot) feeling or a pre-workout fuel.
