Happy New Month…

What better way to start March than with a green smoothie

Ingredients
  1. Handful of Blueberries.
  2. 1/2 Cup packed baby spinach leaves.
  3. 1/2 Cup water.
  4. 1 Tbsp. honey*
  5. 1 COYO (Coconut Yoghurt)
  6. 1/2 ripe avocado.
  7. *For a sweeter taste, add an extra ½ tablespoon of honey.
